Pascal and Sylvie, the previous owners of L'Escapade, have returned to St Martin after running L'Opera Brasserie in West Palm Beach. They have refurbished the old Cha Cha Cha building and tropical garden in the center of Grand Case and opened it as The Blue Martini Restaurant, Bar, and Tropical Garden. This was a labor of love, but the results are stunning. The dining room is striking in bold red accents against the somber beige walls. The restaurant menu is a bit of French with a bit of Asian fusion featuring a lot of steaks, seafood, and salads.
